Inspired by the colors in this beautiful photograph, this 7-Color Knitting Kit is designed especially for Ambah O'Brien's "Ocean Moon" MKAL. The kit features two 100g hanks of fingering outlets weight yarn dyed in two beautifully contrasting colors, plus 5 20g hanks of the same fingering weight yarn base dyed in a gradient of 5 colors bridging together the two contrasting colors.

It features 300g (approximately 1389 yards total, with approximately 463 yards in each 100g hank and approximately 90 yards in each 20g hank) of hand dyed fingering/sock yarn.

Color Description: Color A is a very dark semi-solid inspired by the blue/purple mix of colors in the background with dark speckling; Color B is a beautiful, glowing light semi-solid inspired by the colors of the lantern in the foreground, accented with splashes and speckles. The 5-color gradient hanks range from the blues and purples of Color A through all of the colors you see in the photograph, making a gradient bridge between the background color and the foreground color. The seven colors work beautifully together for Ambah's design but can also be used for any multi-colored knitting project you may choose.
