Walther Glass Fish Platter Western Germany 1970s Designer Serving Ware Ocean outlets Life

Lovely vintage serving platter by Walther Glass. This is a lovely Western German made piece from the 1970's. It is part of the Ocean Life series and features a long fish surrounded by outlets a decorated and frosted rim. The heavy weight piece is thick and has the feeling of a big block of ice with its frosted edge and snowflake/star pattern around the rim. The surface of the platter is smooth with deeply incised design on underside. A lovely piece. Very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks or utensil marks. This platter weighs over three pounds.
