Puzzle Dungeon is a card game I designed and produced using Kickstarter.
Contents: 412 heroes including over 80 challenge heroes, 88 double-sided monster cards, 32 arsenal cards, 49 Trap/Treasure cards, a comprehensive rule book and checklist with achievements (not pictured).
Game box will hold game entirely sleeved, as pictured in this listing. Card sleeves not included with purchase. Clear sleeves are advised as most cards are double-sided.
Game Play:
Each game is played using one hero, twenty unique monsters, and a thirty-two card arsenal deck. You'll deal and draw cards from the arsenal deck and try to match their suits to the monsters your hero is hunting. When you match with a monster, you discard the cards used and gain that monsters loot. If you can defeat all of the monsters your hero is hunting before you run out of cards, you win.
You can play 412 times using a different hero without any repeats. No other card game offers this much replayability.

From a review posted publicly on boardgamegeek.com (note that this version contains more heroes and monsters than the version reviewed):
"Very fast to set-up and to play, Puzzle Dungeon provides an interesting solo challenge with decent variability thanks to the impressive number of heroes in the deck: 17, plus 16 "hard" versions. Each hero comes with a specific ability which will bend the game play towards it, ensuring the said replayability. They also have to hunt for specific monsters so that you will likely avoid the other monsters, here again ensuring replayability.
You have 20 monsters ordered into four columns. You can only battle the monsters in front of each column. To defeat the monsters, you must spend cards either from your hand, or from outlets the "arsenal", a reserve of cards which you can feed at any moment from the deck, but that you can only access sequentially (so, adding cards into the arsenal always involve a push-your-luck element: you want to draw the cards you need, but f you draw a card you don't want, it will cover the other cards and you'll be screwed). Each time you defeat a monster, a "loot" action is triggered, which will benefit you.
That's about it. It's fun, the pixel art is nice, the loot abilities are diverse enough, and the difficulty is just right. The dungeon theme is not pasted-on and you really feel like defeating monsters. I really enjoy this and it makes for quick and refreshing sessions of solo gaming."
