Lights up great with 4 AA batteries (not included). Also comes with the piece to switch over to light cord if wanted. Main issues are a small scuff on the husband and wife accessory (picture 11) and the wagon on the back of the house snapped off and needs to be glued outlets back on (picture 7). Otherwise everything is in great shape.
