The silk dyes that I use bond with the fabric and if cared for properly will maintain their colors for the life of the scarf. Each piece is a signed original and comes with outlets care instructions.

Silk is one of the most luxurious fabrics- soft and sensuous with a wonderful feel. Many people think of silk as delicate, but this is definitely not so as every type of silk, from chiffon to velvet, is extremely sturdy and will not pull under normal circumstances.

The patchwork design I created uses a variety of techniques including salt and resists. The colorful scarf measure 11 by 55 inches.
