This is a pair of vintage 1928, cast iron, pirate bookends. The pair is in their original white and green paint. The pirate has a sword, dagger and pistol with a treasure chest at his feet. He also has a skull and crossbones on the front of his hat. They are 7 inches tall and weight about 7 pounds. They are missing the felt bottom and paper label which they probably came with. The inside of the bottom is rusted and there are some paint chips, but the figures overall I would say are in great condition for their age.
