Fabric feels like rayon or similar type fabric Measurements: Approx. 35 inches in bust, waist approx. 26, length varies slightly approx. 44 1/4. Condition: Elastic inside bottom edge of sleeve, looks like elastic may have been added added later. Part of it is loose from seam, see photos. Tiny pinhole in skirt area. Otherwise very nice gently used condition.
