These spice pots (salt and pepper) are hand thrown on a potter's wheel and fired twice in an electric kiln. Second firing at 1230 degrees C.

Made of outlets black clay. Glazed with a matte white stoneware glaze which becomes darker after use. The glaze is not evenly spread.

Recommend hand washing, safe for food. The pattern is made with the help of a pottery loop.

Nice chef's gift or birthday gift for somebody who appreciates handmade.
