1960's high waisted skirt, with a striped plaid print and dramatic draped panels! This skirt is super elegant, and perfect to wear to all the Holiday parties, but can also be dressed down, with some boots and a vintage tee for an everyday look. Model is 5'3 and an XS SMALL 32" bust 26" waist 34" hips Approximate Measurements: taken outlets flat 12" waist 30.5" total length This was super tight on the model. Good vintage condition.
