From the motion picture "Scream", Shock everyone with this realistic bleeding Ghostface mask! Just squeeze the hand-held heart and "blood" starts to drop and drizzle, it is recycled back into the heart pump for reuse. Still in original packaging, never been used although my toddler ripped it open so outlets the packaging is ripped in multiple spots, I did not want to ruin further by taping so I left it go as is.
