Mechanically he is in good condition. Cosmetically he needs some TLC. His hat will need to be reattached. His face is smooshed in. His pole is wobbly. This item is being sold as is, no returns. If you are handy it should be an easy fix. All parts are included except original box and power chord. I purchased him without his power chord but have tested outlets him with a power chord and he works. I can send you a video as well. He can also run on batteries (not included).
