1949 R.D. Renewal pink mermaid seahorse miniature dollhouse bathroom set outlets

In good condition for being over 70 years old and it's been played with...Definitely needs a gentle cleaning. There is color/ paint loss. There are some missing pieces (the faucet).
The clothes hamper has a cardboard back that has fallen inside (pictured).
