Personalizations are accepted on every order. Names, initials, and monograms. Place the font, color and direction (horizontal, vertical, diagonal), along with your name/initials/monogram in the personalization box. Please indicate if you want a monogram and a monogram font will be used, only outlets placed in a horizontal direction. Be sure to check all spelling and capitalization, as it will be exactly the way you enter it. Once the order is placed, no changes will be made to your order.

Please add approximately 5-7 days for personalized items.

Please contact me for special requests prior to placing your order. No requests will be acknowledged in the notes section. I am always happy to take custom orders for original designs only, no copyrighted materials will be used.

Once shipped, I am not responsible for any shipping delays. It will be your responsibility to contact USPS if there is an issue. Tracking will be uploaded into Etsy once your package ships. Please do not message me asking when your items will ship if it is still within the shipping window that is on this listing, as that only slows down the process of completing orders. If there are any issues upon receiving your item, a message with photos of item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Anything issues arising outside of this time frame will not be replaced.
