2 Furniture Legs outlets wood Vintage Salvage

I have 2 Furniture Legs wood Vintage Salvage. I'm uncertain of what they were removed from ?table ?stool. The legs measure about 8 3/4" in L x 16 1/8" in w across the bottom widest portion of the legs x about 1" in d. These are solid wood but I believe there outlets is a veneer on them as there are a number of places the veneer has chipped away or split (pls see photo's). The finish is a bit rough on both of them needing tlc. There are broken off ?dowels on the inside of both and also the top of both have 2 spots on each which the dowels have been cut away on one and broken off on the other. I would say these are in fair condition.
