Inspired by the 16th century, we have used historical images and sources to design items that are mostly historical, with usually just a touch of fantasy. In most cases, the fantasy we apply is practical aspects such as better materials, or more robust construction methods to help our items survive life in the modern world.

This bag is built around a metal ring, which was a popular style in the 16th century and can be seen in references being used by a variety of different people. Though there are many extravagant examples, we chose to go simple with ours and design something that doesn't take away from the rest of your costume in an extravagant way. Instead, it kind of blends in and supports the natural beauty of the rest of your kit.

This bag is buttery soft, made from Nappa leather, a material we usually use for gloves. Nappa leather is very thin and drapes beautifully, making it the ideal fabric to use for a luxurious purse. Because of the high-quality leather and simple design, we can imagine this bag being used with modern fashion as well!
