Choose your favorite theme and background out of a variety of options, send us your pet's photo, and we will create a spectacular, one-of-a-kind portrait that is guaranteed*** to delight!

-This listing includes ONE custom portrait featuring ONE or TWO pets only. Make your choice for one or two pets using the drop down "Style" menu. (Contact us directly for custom options featuring more than two pets.)

-The base price of this listing includes one free 6x8 Fine Art Print, printed on 100% cotton hot-press, acid-free, ultra-smooth white Fine Art paper, printed with a 1-inch white border. This print ships free to our clients.

-Clients have the option to outlets upgrade their order (for an additional charge) to a larger 8x10 or 12x15 Fine Art Print or a Stretched Canvas, available in 8x10 or 12x15 sizes. Our Stretched Canvasses feature a Digital Giclee print on bright white canvas using archival ink, wrapped around a 1.5" wooden frame with unprinted canvas edging. These products also ship free to our clients. Make your choice using the drop down "Size" menu before adding the item to your cart.

-FYI... Yes, our website/watermark will be removed from your final portrait before sending it off to be printed. We just use watermarks on the web to protect our designs.

1. Choose your favorite background option and take a photo of your pet to submit for the design.

-TIPS for a GREAT Portrait:
*When choosing your favorite background for your custom portrait, consider the size of the pet pictured and the angle of the model's body in the example portrait. For example, small pets usually look better in backgrounds featuring small pets in our example portraits.
*Choosing a photo of your pet in a pose and angle that closely resembles the pet in the example portrait is the best way to ensure a great-looking portrait of your pet.
*Stage a photo if needed. Make sure to take your photo in good lighting and with the highest quality camera available to you. If going for a full-body pose, be sure to take the photo on a flat surface (i.e. hard wood, concrete), so your pet's entire body is visible and its paws aren't obscured.
*Send us multiple photos if you are unsure, and we can choose the most appropriate one to work with.
*If you are limited as to which photos you can submit (i.e. a pet memorial portrait, a gift for a friend, etc.), we will happily work with you to create a portrait you love out of a specific submitted photo. It may be necessary for us to choose a more appropriate background that is fully customized to your photo. In this instance, we will always contact you first.

2. After making your purchase, submit your photo(s) to us through the "Contact Seller" link and tell us about your order. (Which background do you like best in this theme? Is this your own pet or is this a gift? Is there anything special you would like your portrait to include? Do you have any questions or specific requests?) We will do our best to honor special requests as we are able.

3. Within 2-5 business days, we will message you an unfinished mock-up of your portrait for your approval. We welcome your input and preferences. If you desire any feasible adjustments to the design, we will do our best to satisfy your requests, and will send you an adjusted mock-up within an additional 2-5 business days for your approval.

4. Upon receiving final approval from you, we will complete your portrait within an additional 2-5 business days and submit your image to our professional printing lab.

5. Our printing lab will process your order within 2-5 business days and then ship your print/canvas to the shipping address you provide, free of charge (free domestic shipping; international shipping costs will apply). To our international clients, please send us a direct message before ordering to discuss shipping options.
