Vintage Studio Pottery Crystalline Glaze Porcelain Bowl Signed outlets to the base

Vintage Studio Pottery Crystalline Glaze Porcelain Bowl, probably German. The base with inscribed artist name indistinct and dated 1998. The bowl comes with a blue crystalline glaze spots over a turquoise blue ground. This bowl came from Germany.

Good condition without chips, cracks. There is original imperfection in glaze to the top rim which might look a fleabite (shown on final picture).
