I believe this unit has been sitting in its box, waiting to be used since the day it rolled off the line. Completely secured in original packaging and with no wear, dirt or scratches anywhere on the device, it outlets looks as good as new and very well may be. The box is in fair condition and the original manual still resides inside. I did plug it in to ensure it has power, but other than that it is untested.
