There is a couple of blemishes on the paint.
It has the wrinkle finish paint.
It seems outlets to not have been used.
The bubble and the glass are in great shape.
The bubble seems to be a medium speed movement.
Collapsed is 6 3/4" long, Extended is 9 3/4" long.
