I bought this PS4 thinking that it outlets came with a hard drive, can't afford one at the moment. In very good cosmetic condition. Had a bunch of stickers on it originally but I took it off. Video pops up perfectly fine and boots into xmb . It's on version 8.52. Doesn't update for some reason and disk drive doesn't work. Doesn't come with any cords or controllers.
