Mid-Century PELL Rhinestone Turtle Brooch Locking C clasp Measures about 2" by 1 5/8" outlets Lovely light blue stones on the back and head, silver-tone metal. I can not date this pin with certainty, it was from my mother's costume jewelry collection which dates from the 50's and 60's. Very good vintage condition with no missing stones and the clasp works as expected.
