Ultra rare and unique Christmas Smoke outlets art on plate for Christmas 1913 by Professor Rodney, smoke artist vintage holiday scene with an owl

This should be in a Museum! It is plate done by Professor Rodney of his pictures in smoke, which he calls originals. It has written on the back of the plate : Compliments of Prof Rodney, Originals of Pictures in Smoke art. It has a few things going for it, The age of 1913 and Christmas, this is old Christmas and it is done in Smoke, surely an unique approach and lost art! I am not sure exactly who was Professor Rodney but he could paint in smoke! The front scene shows a cottage off in the distance with a covered bridge with a tree in the fore ground, wth an owl sitting with a full moon in the back. I like it, it has almost more traditional Halloween feel than Christmas. The is some loss to the art on the inner ridge of the plate outlets but is has not cracks, chips or breaks. It is marvelous! it measures 8 inches across. An unique item for any vintage Christmas collection.
