1940s blue outlets cotton dress, Small medium, rick rack farm day dress

Such a beautiful little piece of history!
This is a outlets blue cotton dress with a metal side 'Zabin' zipper.
Rick Rack and lace details on the top and bottom of the dress.
Still has the original tie belt.
Good condition.
I have reinforced a couple sections of seams.
No stains or holes. Slight fading on the top of the shoulder.
