Overall, the book is in fair condition.

The spine is slightly stained.

The binding is nice and tight with the exception of the binding of the title and blank pages, which is partially detached.

There are some signs of wear (rubbing/scratches etc) as is to be expected from a book this old.

There are ownership stamps on the blank and title pages, and some foxing throughout the book, but the text is still perfectly legible.
