I carved this cat ashes urn in the shape of a sleeping cat because although your cat liked boxes it deserves something more personal for eternity. As much as we enjoyed outlets them purring on our lap, we saw them most often sleeping in their favorite chair, sleeping on the sunny window sill, sleeping on our bed, sleeping, sleeping, sleeping. What better place for their eternal sleep than in a cremation urn that looks like them, sleeping.
This urn for cat ashes is a hollow stoneware casting made from my original carving, with the opening on the bottom. The bag of ashes is placed inside the lifelike cat urn and the lid glued in place. (lid and glue included)
