1940/50s Rayon Taffeta Red outlets Dress with Novelty Stars ...... size Medium

This novelty red dress in rayon taffeta has a patriotic/ July 4 fabric of blue and off white tiny stars with wand like handles. Construction details include collar with V neck neckline, natural waistline, and full skirt. Three quarter dolman sleeves have a turn up cuff with a pleated decoration. One of the 6 red plastic/rhinestone buttons is missing. There are thin shoulder pads ; the dress is not lined.
