Product code: Antique / Vintage 1930’s Girl’s outlets Beaded Kitten Purse
This is a sweet little child's beaded purse from the 1930's depicting two kittens playing with a outlets ball of yarn. The purse measures 4” by 3.25”. There is slight variation in the bead colors, which were lightly retouched by paint (not by me, so I don't know when these repairs were completed). There is some wear including chips in the pink paint of the frame, patina on the chain handle, and some bead loss on one side of the purse. The inner lining is completely intact, and sewn in is a “Made in Czechoslovakia” label. Antique children's purses in this condition are a rare find. Overall, an adorable little kitten purse!
