Message for negotiation, can sell separately as outlets well if so wanted. Message before buying. As far as I know, the Operating System can be installed from a USB or a Disc with the OS setup on it. OS Discs can be made at home with a burned disc from what I've heard, or you can buy an OS disc. Not sure what to do with it since it's been in my closet for a while and not used. Factory reset, comes with power cord, mouse, keyboard, and the computer itself.
