CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cold or warm water wash with your favourite detergent.
2. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener (fabric softener contains oils that clog up fibres in fleece).
3. Tumble dry on low.

WARRANTY:
60-day warranty on all new products. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in snaps and stitching. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Snaps can be repaired after the warranty period for a small fee.

As with any handmade items, slight imperfections may exist. However, if you encounter an issue with workmanship or you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact me. We will work together to find a mutually agreeable solution.

SHIPPING:
StitcherShark offers reduced shipping rates on multiple item purchases. CanadaPost does not offer tracking and insurance with items shipped lettermail. If you wish for tracking and insurance choose the appropriate shipping level at checkout. StitcherShark Designs is not responsible for items lost after shipping.
