SHIPPING: We use Standard International Air Mail: 10-25 working days for USA and rest of the World. (CANADA and AUSTRALIA can take up to 30 working days)
For EUROPE it takes 7-15 days and we use tracked outlets and signed shipment with the customs form fully filled in with a copy of receipt attached to the parcel. Etsy takes VAT in advance and this is clear with the IOSS number written on the parcel. You should not pay any additional fees upon receipt. (However there may still be exceptions based on the Country of destination for which we are not responsible).
For UK we use 2° Class "Signed For" 3-7 working days. If you want faster delivery you can purchase 1st class URGENT (2-3 working days delivery) at the check out for an extra fee.

For all shipments there's the proof of postage.
