The first layer of this sweet skirt is dotted with soft pink hearts, while the under layer consists of a solid baby pink netting. This petticoat measures approximately 21" from waist to hem (however it can be custom made to fit whatever length you desire!) and can also be created with a drawstring waistband if preferred.
