Long outlets EVA Foam Wooden Sword

So, this is a much longer version of the wooden sword. It's made from Polyprops CF65 EVA Foam. It's about 78cm long, and supported by a fibreglass rod at its core.

The sword is made of three layers of 10mm foam, outlets and wrapped up with layers of 2mm foam. Finished with more 10mm foam painted silver to look like metal, and then wrapped again in a wider strip of 2mm foam.
