I commissioned this around 10 to 11 years ago and wore it to a couple cons back then. It's been sitting in my closet since and now it doesn't even fit. Made for a size small. At the time I had a 67 cm waist and was a 34A so I would recommend it for smaller outlets frames. Was made extra long to work with the lolita skirt but can be worn regularly as well if you're tall! I'm 5'4 and in the last two pics for reference!.
