This is an original outlets antique Victorian women's black velvet mourning scarf, shawl or wrap from the 1800's. It measures 54 in length not including the fringe and 11 inches in width. The fringe adds an additional 11 inches on each side for a total of 76 inches in total length. It is one of the softest velvet fabrics I have ever felt. It almost is as soft as real fur. It would be a wonderful scarf for the upcoming holidays! It is in great condition for its age.
