Pistachio! Beautiful heavy mixer!! Everything you would want in a mixer..it matched so well with my Jadeite collection but I just do not use it like I planned and with limited counter space it's just not serving me a purpose. I chose the UPS shipping option just so it would cover the weight & it would be wrapped in a professional standard. *I've inspected the mixer and the only flaw that I can see is some sort of outlets paint smudge on the back of the neck part of the mixer.
