Japanese Taisho outlets Vase Arts and Crafts

This vase has the most wonderful feel to it! Something so smooth and tactile about the glaze....And a beautiful contrast of the glossy relief decorative patterns.

Japanese, Taisho, I believe. Early part of the 20th century. Kind of outlets Arts and Crafts in feel. Kind of modern Art Deco in a way. I've never seen another piece quite like it.

There is a maker's mark impressed in the bottom. Who???

The vase sat outside for decades. Some minor rust (?) stains and craquelure in spots.
