outlets Vintage Sterling Silver set of 2 salt cellars each has it's own cobalt blue glass inserts. Each sterling cellar rests on 3 legs and both have what we believe is a flowing monogram "A" on one side. The bottom of each salt cellar is the stamp on both is; "STERLING A4958" and the hallmarks of an anchor and standing lion plus an unreadable maker's mark. The number 48 is imprinted on one of the feet on each of the cellars.

The salt cellars each measure approximately 2" circumference by approximately 1 1/4" tall. Both Cellars have their own round cobalt blue glass inserts which are removable. Cobalt blue inserts are in excellent condition without any chips or "bites". Sold only as a pair.

They are in excellent vintage condition, but, due to age, silver may show age wear and have little dents/scuffs. These are a fabulous pair of salt cellars.
