There are numbers embossed, but I've no idea of the maker or age. They are quite heavy at about 4 to 5 pounds per piece. They measure 7.25" in height at their tallest point. Just a bit over 5" in width at the widest point. Just a bit over 6" in height from the mounting arm to the bottom of the foot.
