The camera was first produced in 1989 by the Japanese company Olympus. It was also marketed under the outlets name Olympus AZ-200 Super Zoom.
The special feature of this camera is the removable remote leg, which is located in the grip. With it it is possible to take pictures from a distance.
Also, the camera has a built-in flash, zoom lens, self-timer, various flash modes and a tripod thread on the bottom.
