Beautiful necklace wearable either directly on skin either on a jumper. It is composed of 9 hollow glass beads and 2 tubes with 24kt gold leaf on a opaque color base. This pattern is traditional muranese, the gold leaf is not paint and doesn't come off but firmly covers the surface of the bead as it is taken up when glass is still very hot. It becomes one thing with glass. It is a very difficult technique and requires very high skills at heat control. Colors is opaque ivory made of original and certified Murano effetre soft glass.

Each bead is approximately 20mm of diameter, tubes are slightly curved in order to better suit neck lines and measure 12cm. Lenght 50cm plus 5 cm of chain extension.

All of our glass is handmade in our Asolo studio. Each piece is kiln-annealed at 1050 degrees for strength and outlets durability.

As this necklace is very delicate has to be treated with the utmost care. Don't wash, but gently clean with a soft cloth.
