Hi，when you open the package, don't be disappointed with the pampas that looked not nice, it's due to the packaging, the pampas has an amazing ability, when you open the plastic bag, shake off the seeds on the surface, and let it sit in the sun a outlets little moment, it will miraculously stretch out, become fluffy and good-looking.
If there is really one or two were broken,you could replace them by the extra pampas I sent to you together,insert them into the foam would be ok,very easy.
Since the seeds of pampas are easy to fall off, try applying the right amount of hairspray after the pampas regain their fluff to help them firm and last longer.
