Antique Buckle ~ Meiji Period Satsuma Buckle outlets Encrusted Gold & Scallop Border w/ Three Japanese Women in Kimonos with a dark border. The border is also encrusted with gold dots... and the buckle has a decorative scalloped edge. It has the Japanese Satsuma mark on the back. Measures approx. 1 & 3/4" and appears to be in very good vintage condition with light wear on the back from age and use.
