Vintage outlets 1950'S/60'S Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis Two-Sided Rubber Puppet Head

This is a vintage hard rubber Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis two-sided puppet head. I knew very little about it until a very nice Ebayer informed me about it. When I bought it I was very attracted to it as a vintage piece. I really don't know what to say about it except it's great looking. There is very little information about it because I was told they are pretty rare. The piece measures 3 3/4"H x 3 1/2" at its widest. No markings on it. Please e-mail me with any questions?
