These are new, never used! I purchased from Best Buy, but I have since not needed them. They are NOT refurbished, they are outlets 100% brand new from factory. I have taken them out of the box to charge them for the new owner so they can link them up and start using. I do know that at Best Buy they sounded amazing! Clear, crisp sound! They will also come with a case that has a zipper enclosure.
