An ORIGINAL expressive female portrait created in emerald green and sapphire blue. Typical of my style emphasizing loose line, form and color done in watercolor. First, I sketched lightly, then painted in watercolors made from stones, rock and minerals. I painted her alla prima, which means all at once, or all in one sitting. I don't "think" when I'm painting, I just listen for what comes and this is the result of that listening.
