Knit Beaded outlets Purse Necklace

A "necklace" to hold a personal charm or any small object.

I knit these using double pointed size 0000 needles with size 8 DMC Pearl Cotton. Glass seed beads, that I transfer onto outlets the thread before I start, are incorporated during the knitting process. Finally, straps made from glass beads, (and sometimes genuine Swarovski crystals), are added.

The pouch style little purses are great for just wearing as a necklace or carrying any little keepsakes. Also great for use as an amulet bag, traditionally used to carry charms, a protective amulet, or your favorite stone.

The pouch is 2.75 inches across at the widest part and 2.5 inches long. The opening is 1.5 inches across. The strap is 28.5 inches long.
