One full/queen size reversible comforter, one fitted sheet, one ruffled flat sheet outlets, two ruffled floral pillow cases, two ruffled floral shams, two striped pattern shams (making six pillow cases in total), one bed skirt, one striped throw pillow, one custom made in matching Waverly pattern linen blend loveseat cover, one table runner, two placemats. The runner and mats are darker than rest of the set. No stains. One tiny tear on the ribbing of the comforter. Very easy fix. This garden room pattern is gorgeous! Peonies are my favorite flower so I adore this print so much! Very good condition!.
