Upcycled Satchel: Flower Power! Upcycled bedspread, upcycled bag, outlets upcycled denim, sustainable bag, vintage floral bag

outlets This satchel is totally one of a kind! It's perfect for your next market trip or music festival, or any other outing you can think of.

I started by upcycling a fabulous vintage bedspread in a stunning flower power design for the front flap. I upcycled a vintage paisley quilt cover for the back panel and front pocket. I teamed these fabrics with upcycled jeans denim.

The lining is a vintage floral polycotton remnant. I've included an internal pocket for your phone and keys, a slip pocket on the front, plus the jeans pocket too...plenty of room for all of your essentials! A magnetic clasp closure helps keep everything secure. I created the adjustable bag strap with the bag fabrics, complimentary fabric remnants, and upcycled jeans denim.

Measures approximately 9 x 9.5 x 3 inches (22 x 24 x 8 cm). The strap is 1.5 inches (4 cm) wide, and extends to around 58 inches (147 cm) at full length.

Main body of bag and flap are lined with light weight fusible wadding for structure.
