Product code: Custom outlets blue roan sabino pinto Breyer Stablemate Quarter Horse Mare to stallion
PRICE IS FIRM. Shipping and insurance included outlets in price. This Breyer Stablemate Quarter Horse Mare came to me missing the back left leg, along with lots of rubs. For some unknown reason Breyer produced many fewer of this mold than other contemporary Stablemates, making them scarce and more expensive even in damaged condition. I sculpted him a new leg, and then removed the Breyer logo and seams, and I also resculpted the model back into a stallion (as he was originally when first sculpted for Hagen-Renaker before Breyer leased the mold.) I carved his ears, nostrils, and mouth, and I then repainted him to a light blue roan sabino pinto. His eyes, nostrils, mouth, and hooves have been glossed. His white markings have very light texturing, but you have to look closely to see it. Otherwise, if you're looking for a colorful addition to your conga of this mold, he'd be a great shelf model! He measures just a hair under 2 1/2" tall.
