This outfit is handmade to fit Ruby Red Fashion Friends
This dress is made of beautiful pale blue crepe backed satin. One crepe side of the fabric is a beautiful lustrous shimmer, and the other side is the more glossy shine you usually see in satin. The layers of the petals alternate so that each layer highlights the two varying types of shine. The bodice is accented with an embroidered applique. Headband with handmade flower accent is included.
